On Friday night Duke and Gonzaga met and literally the nation was watching. With peak audience of 3.1 million this marked the most watched college basketball game on any network since 2019. Duke came out victorious but better yet Paulo outperformed Chet. And by a lot. 

Paolo dominated that game from start to finish. He looked physically imposing, he got to any and every spot he wanted to, his shot is pure, and he is very advanced with his back to the basket. He ended up with 21 points shooting 47% from the field, a little over 37% from three and added 5 boards. Despite battling cramps he proved why he’s the #1 pick. No doubt, Chet is nice, he can really play. Giving all of us baby Durantuala vibes I feel like he had a chance to assert his dominance from the jump and make it clear he’s projected #1 for a reason.
